May the Board of Equalization suspend a beer license for violation of liquor laws? In this case relators seek a writ of supervisory control directed to the district court. The question whether or not the board may revoke or suspend a license for violation of its Regulation No. One (see opinion) is perhaps the most vital question in the case. The question is directly raised by the motion to quash, which was submitted by the licensee at the hearing before the board.
