OPINION OF THE COURT

2Per curiam

In accordance with his pleas, appellant was convicted by a military judge sitting as a general court-martial of two specifications each of wrongful possession, transfer, and sale of marijuana in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 934 (1976). His adjudged sentence to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for four months, forfeiture of $300.00 pay per month for five months, and reduction to the grade of E-l was approved by the convening authority.
