¶ 1. Methodist Manor Health Center, Inc., d/b/a Maplewood Center (Methodist Manor), appeals from a judgment dismissing its action against Ruth Ann Py and Nadine Ray following summary judgment proceedings. Methodist Manor contends that the trial court erred when it: (1) failed to properly interpret and apply Methodist Manor of Waukesha, Inc. v. Martin, 2002 WI App 130, 255 Wis. 2d 707, 647 N.W.2d 409; (2) rendered a decision at odds with the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act (UFTA) and established Wisconsin agency law; and (3) failed to consider public policy factors.
