RAY, District Judge.

On the 3d day of September, 1903, the parties in this action entered into a written contract whereby, in consideration of $1 and of the covenants and agreements in the contract contained, the plaintiff agreed with the defendant as follows:

“The said party of the first part agrees to sell its entire output of its paper coating products for the paper coating trade of the United States and Canada, covering sill the products now made by it or which may be made in the future for the paper coating trade and any and all improvements thereon, unto the said party of the second part,…
