This is an appeal from an interlocutory order denying respondent’s petition for a preliminary mandatory injunction directing petitioner to return light fixtures and certain items of furniture she had removed from the marital domicile a few days prior to filing a petition for dissolution of marriage. The issues presented for review are: (1) whether a sufficient evidentiary hearing was held on respondent’s petition; and (2) whether it was an abuse of discretion for the trial court to deny the issuance of a preliminary mandatory injunction.
