MEMORANDUM OPINION DENYING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

The facts of this case are straightforward and not in dispute. The debtor purchased a 1984 Chevrolet from McDonald Pontiac-Cadillac-GMC, Inc. She financed the purchase with a loan from defendant Second National Bank of Saginaw and signed a security agreement granting defendant a security interest in the vehicle.
