E. E. Clark and Cline & Stanley, a copartnership composed of R. W. Cline and J. W. Stanley, brought this action against O. AY. Seay, Clyde Seay, Wilmer Seay, and the Farmers National Bank of Waurika, Okla., to recover tbe sum of $2,000, alleged to be due them as a broker’s commission for services rendered in securing a purchaser for an oil and gas lease on certain lands belonging to tbe defendants Seay.
