SCHROEDER, Judge.
After submitting his case to the trial court on the basis of the preliminary hearing and the chemist’s report, appellant was found guilty of growing marijuana and placed on probation for two years, conditioned on the payment of a fine and surcharge. On appeal, he raised initially the single question of whether the evidence found in his house should have been suppressed because the police officers were on his premises illegally.
