ORDER and OPINION

This is a military disability case. Richard P. Watson (plaintiff or Mr. Watson), a United States Army veteran, seeks clarification of this court’s November 2013 decision in Watson v. United States, 113 Fed.Cl. 615 (2013); an order vacating the March 2014 decision of the Medical Evaluation Board (MEB); 2 and an order directing re-consideration of this matter by an MEB at a new Army facility. See Pl.’s Mot., ECF No. 33, at 1.
