HARRIS, Judge.
Appellant was tried and convicted for the crime of robbery by a jury in the Circuit Court of Escambia County, and his punishment fixed at eleven years in the penitentiary.
On November 11, 1970, Mrs. Ernestine Coale drove her 1968 Lc Sabre Buick automobile to the Liberty National Insurance Company Building in Brewton. After completing her business with the Company, she returned to her car and started backing it when three men approached — one on the driver’s side and the other two on the passenger’s side — and told her they wanted to use her car.
