The' principal question on this appeal is whether the relationship between Herman J. Flentz and August Giesing, at the time oí the collision, was that of host and guest, principal and agent, or master and servant. In the complaint it was alleged that Flentz was the agent and servant of Giesing. The court found that Flentz was the agent oí Giesing. That finding of the court is vigorously assailed.
