LIVINGSTON, Justice.
I. INTRODUCTION
Appellant S. Craig Lemmon (Lemmon) appeals from the trial court’s decision to grant Appellee United Waste Systems, Inc.’s (United Waste) two separate summary judgment motions in Lemmon’s underlying wrongful termination and breach of employment agreement suit.
