The defendant, Ronald Silk, was convicted of two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, RSA 632-A:2, I (1986 & Supp. 1993), and one count of felonious sexual assault, RSA 632-A:3, II (1986), after a jury trial in Superior Court {Mohl, J.). On appeal the defendant argues that the trial court erred in admitting the testimony of the State’s expert psychologist to prove the sexual assaults.
