COX, Chief Judge:

Appellant was convicted by general court-martial, military judge alone, at Fort Hood, Texas, pursuant to his conditional pleas, of disobedience of a lawful order; damage to private property; and larceny (2 specifications), in violation of Articles 92, 108, and *465121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 892, 908, and 921, respectively. The sentence adjudged was a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for 15 months, and reduction to Private E-l. The Court of Criminal Appeals affirmed the findings and sentence on November 7,1994.
