SANBORN, District Judge.
General demurrer and plea to the jurisdiction. The amended bill, as amended by leave of court, shows the diverse citizenship of the parties, and alleges that on July 18, 1902, one E. D. Rogers, then husband of complainant, but since deceased, made an agreement with defendant to form a'general copartnership business in farming, stock raising and selling, and the manufacture and sale of butter and other dairy products, on a farm belonging to said E.
