Plaintiff brought this suit in assumpsit, against the defendants, to recover upon a promissory note and an open account. The jury awarded plaintiff the full amount of its claim, and the defendants assign error.

The plaintiff is a foreign corporation and is engaged in the wholesale jewelry business in the city of Chicago. The defendants are retail dealers, doing business in the city of Grand Rapids, in this State. The defendants have been customers of the plaintiff for several years.
