The subject of this controversy is the will of John L. Wroten executed by him and properly attested on the first day of September, 1928. He died in November, 1929, at the age of 75. In this will he bequeathed $5 each to the appellees, three of whom are his ■children and one a. grandchild. Of the remainder of his estate he devised and bequeathed one-fourth thereof to the board of trustees of the Arkansas Masonic Home and School and by the fourth paragraph thereof he gave the entire remainder of his estate “to my faithful housekeeper, Mrs. Lula Garner.” He appointed W.
