An equitable proceeding was brought, in the superior court of Richmond county, by Jesse Cleveland as trustee of Yannoy Cleveland, a resident of this State, against the Georgia Railroad and Banking Company, a corporation under the laws of this State, having its principal office and place of business in the county of Richmond, and the People’s National Bank of Slielbyville, Tennessee, a corporation under the laws of the United States, located and conducting its business in Shelbyville, Tennessee.
