Appellant, Monsignor William J. Lynn, appeals from the judgment of sentence of 3-6 years’ incarceration, imposed following his conviction under the pre-amended version of the endangering the welfare of children (EWOC) statute, 18 Pa.C.S. § 4304 (amended 2007).1 Appellant presents ten questions for our review, generally falling into four categories.
