Thornton, J.:

Michael Reese died on the 2d of August, 1878, leaving a last will and testament, of which the following is a copy:

“ I Michael Reese being of sound mind, and memory, do make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, the whole written wits my own hand. I direct all my just debts to be paid with as little delay as possible.
