This appeal is taken from an order of the district court denying the motion for a new trial filed by a federal prisoner pursuant to Rule 33, F.R.Crim.P. We affirm.

Appellant was convicted of armed bank robbery, violations of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2113(a) and (d), and was sentenced to 25 years imprisonment. This court affirmed the conviction in United States v. Bankston, 5th Cir. 1970, 424 F.2d 714. Appellant filed his motion for a new trial on the grounds of newly discovered evidence.
