McGann. Bill in equity for injunction and for repayment of money. Before Wanner, P. J. Tbe opinion of tbe Supreme Court states tbe facts. Bill dismissed. Plaintiff appealed. Error assigned, inter alia, was decree, quoting it.

Plaintiff filed this bill in equity praying, among other relief, for a decree enjoining the defendants from collecting or negotiating three promissory notes executed by him, that they be delivered up to him for cancellation, and that a certain sum of money, claimed by him in their hands, be repaid to him. After hearing, the court entered a decree dismissing the bill as to Robert G. Mc-Gann and the York Trust Company, except that the latter was ordered and directed to deliver up to the plaintiff two of his promissory notes for $50,000 each. The defendant, William…
