This is an appeal by defendant-third-party plaintiff, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (State Farm), from a declaratory judgment entered against it by the Circuit Court of Lee County. The sole question presented both in the trial court and on appeal is whether an automobile insurance policy issued by State Farm remained in force after .its expiration date even though the insured failed to pay the premium due.
