11 This is an interlocutory appeal in an attorney discipline case, Attorney Brian Steffensen stands charged with committing "criminal actfs]" reflecting adversely on his honesty, truthfulness, and fitness to be a lawyer, in violation of rule 8.4(b) of the Utah Rules of Professional Conduct,.
