Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit
1Opinion of the Court
HASTIE, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from a judgment of a district court denying the petition for naturalization of appellant Jose Dominguez Regó, a Spanish national. Appellant was born in Spain in 1930. He was lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence in 1947 and has remained in this country ever since. The questions in issue concerning his eligibility for naturalization grew out of his efforts to obtain exemption from service in the armed forces of the United States by reason of his Spanish nationality.
