Actions for wrongful death and for expenses incurred by the plaintiff arising out of an automobile accident allegedly caused by the negligence of the defendants Mike Kroll and Francis O’Brien. Plaintiff appeals in each action from an order denying his motion for a new trial against the defendant O’Brien.
