¶1 Sharon Hanks brought suit against her Realtor and his wife, James and Jeannie Grace (Grace), alleging professional negligence, legal malpractice, fraud, breach of contract, and a Consumer Protection Act 1 violation. Grace appeals from a jury verdict in Hanks’s favor. Grace contends that Hanks waived her claims by signing a rescission contract containing an exculpatory clause, that the trial court improperly denied his motion for summary judgment, and that the trial court erred by denying his CR 50 motion for judgment as a matter of law.
