The claimant’s award of a permanent total disability for work-related wrist injuries has been affirmed by the Workers’ Compensation Board (Board) and the Court of Appeals. Appealing, the employer maintains that the claim was not filed within the applicable period of limitations and that the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) erred by admitting certain expert medical testimony concerning the cause of her condition.
