This is an original action brought by the attorney-general to oust the defendant from exercising the duties of the office of public administrator of Wyandotte county. At the session of the legislature held in 1903 an act was passed creating the office of public administrator for Wyandotte county and prescribing the duties of such office. (Laws 1903, ch. 199.)
