By proper proceedings counsel present in this ease a single question for decision:
On March 5, 1919, Christian Vorlander, the president of the First National Bank of Eureka, S. D., who was then heavily indebted to that bank, bought from the Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States five policies of insurance on his life, one for $8,000, in which his wife was the beneficiary, and four for $5,000, in each of which one pf his children was the beneficiary.
