Michael Í. Mullins (Mullins) appeals from a final order entered in the District Court for the Western District of Missouri granting summary judgment in favor of defendant Tyson Foods, Inc. (Tyson), on Mullins’s premises liability claim. Mullins v. Tyson Foods, Inc., No. 96-1065 (W.D. Mo. June 25, 1997) (order granting summary judgment) (hereinafter “slip op.”).
