DENNIS D. O’BRIEN, Chief Judge.
This matter was heard on November 29, 1995, on motion of Viking Associates, L.L.C., for an order: vacating a prior order that directed the clerk not to transfer certain claims on the claims register to Viking Associates, as assignee; determining that the assignments are valid and enforceable; and, permitting Viking to enforce the claims in their face amounts.
