The above entitled matter came on for hearing before the undersigned on the 2nd day of November, 1988, on a motion by the defendant to dismiss under Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6), incorporated by Bankruptcy Rule 7012, and under 11 U.S.C. § 523(c).
