MEMORANDUM OPINION

The Court conducted an evidentiary hearing on June 29, 2004, to adjudicate the U.S. Trustee’s actions maintained under 11 U.S.C. § 110 against bankruptcy petition preparer (“BPP”) Anson B. Shareef (“Shareef’) in the bankruptcy cases of Chapter 7 debtors Yvonne Pritchett and Martha Steward.
