This is a petition by "Víctor P. Martinez for a writ ,of certiorari to Isidoro Soto Nussa, Judge of the District Court of Agnadilla. The petition was filed in the office of the Secretary of the Supreme Court on February 12 last; the writ, was ordered to be issued on February 15 and the hearing *132thereon was held on February 24, whereupon the matter was submitted finally to the court for consideration and decision.
