Appellant Arkansas Department of Human Services, St. Francis Division of Children and Family Services (DCFS) appeals the circuit court’s order reversing the final order of the Appeals and Hearings Office of the Department of Human Services (DHS) and directing that the name of appellee Richard Thompson be removed from the central registry for the collection of records of cases involving allegations of child maltreatment.
