The opinion of June 9, 2000, is withdrawn and the following is substituted therefor.
William Hallmark is a plaintiff in a workers'-compensation action pending in the Mobile Circuit Court. He had been employed by Scott Paper Company, now known as Kimberly-Clark Corporation. Kimberly-Clark seeks a writ of prohibition directing Judge Edward B. McDermott not to reopen Hallmark's workers'-compensation case and to vacate his order of September 20, 1999, setting an evidentiary hearing on Hallmark's condition.
