WISDOM, Circuit Judge.

In this action the United States seeks to foreclose two mortgages, one on realty and one on personalty, against two housing projects, containing 92 units, in Syla-cauga, Alabama. The projects are owned by Sylacauga Properties, Inc., which had purchased the property for about $40,000 after the Government had bid it in at a foreclosure sale of an earlier mortgage. The mortgages in suit secure a note in favor of the Federal Housing Commissioner for $362,000, with interest at 4%% per annum, representing the unpaid purchase price of the property.
