The pleadings are filed and so made up as to try every material fact involving the validity of Woodworth’s patent for planing boards, and also the renewal of that patent On the trial an objection was made to a certified copy of the patent, because it contained specifications and a drawing of the machine, which were not attached to a certified copy of the same patent, that was used at a former term on a motion for an injunction in this case.
