This is a worker’s compensation proceeding involving a claim for aggravation. Claimant appeals from an order of the Workers’ Compensation Board ("Board”) modifying the referee’s award in the following respects: (1) changing the beginning date of compensation from May 19, 1977, to October 26, 1977; (2) denying claimant penalties awarded by the referee for SAIF’s allegedly unreasonable denial of the claim and unreasonable refusal to pay compensation; and (3) reducing the amount of attorney’s fees awarded by the referee from $1000 to $500.
