{¶ 1} This appeal comes to us from a judgment issued by the Fremont Municipal Court following a jury verdict finding appellant guilty of driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. Because we conclude that cumulative errors were prejudicial to appellant at trial, we reverse.

{¶ 2} On October 31, 2003, appellant, Brandon Durnwald, was arrested on several traffic violations, including driving under the influence, in violation of R.C. 4511.19(A)(1) and (A)(6). 1 Appellant pled not guilty and filed a motion to suppress evidence obtained from sobriety or other tests performed…
