DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY

{¶ 1} Appellant, Brian C. Gregg, appeals the judgment of the Norwalk Municipal Court, which convicted him of driving under the influence of alcohol, a violation of R.C. 4511.19(A)(1)(a), and driving under an OVI suspension, a violation of R.C. 4510.14. For driving under the influence, he was sentenced to 30 days incarceration, an $800 fine and a one year license suspension.
