MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Before the court are cross-motions for summary judgment. Plaintiffs Laurel Capital Savings Group, Inc. and Laurel Savings Bank (“Plaintiffs”) have requested partial summary judgment on their trademark infringement action under the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a). Defendants BT Financial Corporation and Laurel Bank (“Defendants”) have filed a competing motion for summary judgment.
