BONSAL, Senior District Judge.

Plaintiffs Ben and Mardi Loeterman appeal from a decision of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, McNaught, J., granting summary judgment to defendants Town of Brookline, the Rent Control Board of Brookline, and the Attorney General of Massachusetts. 1 Finding that the controversy has become moot, we vacate the judgment of the dis trict court and remand the case to it with instructions to dismiss the complaint.
