FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

This Case is before the Court on the Objection to Claim of Donald E. Lee (Claim No. 3) filed by Paxson Electric Company (“Debtor”) on February 22,1999. (Doc. 14.) An evidentiary hearing on this Objection was conducted December. 7-8, 1999 and December 14-15, 1999. Upon the conclusion of that hearing the Court took the matter under advisement and asked the parties to submit memoranda of law, proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law, and proposed orders.
