FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

This Case is before the Court on the Objection to Claim No. 7 (“Objection”) Filed by Andrew Singer (“Singer”) filed by Annicott Excellence, LLC (“Debtor”) on June 26, 2000. (Doc. 118.) Singer responded to the Objection on August 7, 2000. (Doc. 122A.) The Court held an evidentiary hearing on the Objection on January 18, 2001, after which the Court took the matter under advisement.
