I. INTRODUCTION
This adversary proceeding came before the Court for trial on the complaint of Plaintiffs Tradex Global Master Fund SPC, Ltd. and Tradex Global Advisors LLC (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) against Defendant Benjamin Pui-Yun Chui (“Defendant”).
