Todd Horlbeck filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy petition on August 21, 2015. During the pendency of Horlbeck's case, Tillman Enterprises, LLC ("Tillman") filed a three-count adversary complaint seeking a determination that a debt Horlbeck owes to Tillman is not dischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(19), (a)(2)(A), and (a)(2)(B) (Counts I, II, and III, respectively).1 The matter is now before the Court for ruling on the parties' cross-motions for summary judgment.
