I. INTRODUCTION
Joseph Ledoux, Sr. (“Ledoux”) petitions for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254, challenging his November 22, 1994 convictions in the Massachusetts Superior Court sitting in and for the County of Middlesex upon eight counts of armed robbery and one count of armed assault with intent to rob.
