Complainant, Village of LaGrange, filed a bill in the Circuit Court praying for an injunction against the defendant, Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad Company, to restrain it from the construction of a certain railroad track across streets in the Village of La Grange. The defendant railroad company filed a cross-bill in the suit, in which it sought to restrain the village from interfering with the construction by the defendant of said railroad track.
